Alive

A live feed degrades to a replay degrades to a static list, and reduced motion always wins.

Replay walks a fixed array

Replay reveals each row on the real gap between its timestamps, clamped to a readable pace. Rows fade and slide in at the top and never animate again. Reduced motion reveals the whole list at once.

A ticker is the ambient strip

One event at a time, crossfading every two seconds. The live dot on the left says the strip is current. Static mode holds the first event with no timers at all.

Reduced motion

Under prefers-reduced-motion every component on this page renders its final state. The feed stops sliding, the ticker stops rotating and shows one event, the presence ping goes quiet. The content still updates; only the movement is gone.
