Outreach

Sequences, drafts, and replies, honest about state and source.

A sequence at a glance

One card per sequence: lifecycle state, provider, the member and reply counts, and the send schedule. Archived beats paused beats active, so the state you read is always the true one.

Schedule off

The three touches

Initial, follow-up, breakup, with the wait between each touchpoint on the connector. Pausing dashes the future connectors; turning follow-ups off collapses the sequence to the one email.

Breakup
Mid-flight: the initial is sent, the follow-up is scheduled.

Paused: the future connectors dash and carry a pause glyph.
Initial
Follow-ups off: a single touch, nothing queued behind it.

Draft states

Every draft carries its own state; the tone is fixed per state so the palette never drifts. Bounced is the only loud state, because it is the only one that needs a hand on it.

The email as it lands

The draft rendered in its chrome. Resolved variables read as ink; an unresolved one stays bracketed so a reviewer sees the gap before a candidate does.

Loved your work on query-engine

Hi Ada, I came across query-engine and the way you handled backpressure there. We are building something adjacent at {company} and your work is exactly the shape we keep looking for. Would a short call next week be worth your time?

Replies

The inbox as a stack of conversations, each showing how far its sequence ran and where it now stands. Only a replied thread moves.

A reply stops the sequence; nothing more is sent.
